机器人与腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的近期疗效的回顾性队列研究

摘    要:目的探讨与腹腔镜手术相比,机器人系统辅助直肠癌根治术的近期疗效。方法回顾性地收集2015年7月至2017年10月于本院肛肠科接受机器人辅助直肠癌根治术的患者80例;同一术者实施、肿瘤临床病理基线相当的腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者116例,比较两组患者术中和术后近期疗效的结果。结果机器人组术后住院时间(β:-3.22,95%CI:-5.59,-0.85,P<0.01),首次通气时间(β:-2.91,95%CI:-3.72,-2.10,P<0.001)均比腹腔镜组缩短约3 d;两组手术时间和清扫淋巴结数目差异无统计学意义;但机器人组有较多的术中出血量(β:52.21,95%CI:17.35,87.07,P<0.01)。结论与腹腔镜手术相比,机器人系统辅助直肠癌根治术具有较好、较快的近期恢复优点。两者对直肠癌治疗的远期疗效有待进一步随访和观察。
