| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药滴眼剂装入塑料滴眼瓶后，滴眼剂质量是否受影响的可行有效检测项目。方法：观察滴眼剂的性状、澄明度、测定pH值、渗透压、吸光度和失重。结果：用塑料滴眼瓶包装的四种中药，滴眼剂的质量未受影响。结论：检测指标有效、可行，可作为考察中药滴眼剂和塑料滴眼瓶相容性的重点检测项目。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the feasibility of the detection methods which used for investigating the quality of eyedrops encased in plastic bottles that made from Chinese traditional medicines(CTM).Methods:Observed and measured the characteristics,clarity,pH value,osmotic pressure,absorbance and loses of the eyedrops.Results:The quality of four eyedrops made from CTM which encased in plastic bottles was uninfluenced.Conclusion:The detecting index is available and can be used for investigating the compatibility of eyedrops made from CTM and plastic bottle. |
