米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素治疗围绝经期妇女子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法40岁以上有异常子宫出血的子宫肌瘤患者57例随机分为：治疗组31例，给米非司酮12、5mg／d口服、甲基睾丸素5mg／d含服连续3个月；对照组26例，甲基睾丸素7．5mg／d含服连续3个月．结果治疗期间，治疗组均发生闭经（100％），其中15例（48、4％）直接进入绝经期，治疗后瘤体平均缩小48．2％（P〈0．01）；对照组闭经者6例，其中5例（19．2％）绝经，另16例出血减少，经期缩短，瘤体平均缩小12．5％（P〉0．05）、结论米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素对围绝经期子宫肌瘤是较为安全而有效的保守疗法。

The effects of mifepristone with methytestosterone in the treatment of uterine myoma in primenopausal women

Objective To determine the clinical effects to mifepristone With methytestosterone administration in perimenopausal women with uterine myome. Methods 57 cases of perimenopausal patients with uterine myoma and abnofmal bleeding . The patients were divided into two groups. Group I 31 cases was given mifepristone 12.5mg/d with methytestosterone 5mg/d for 3 months. Group Ⅱ 26 cases with methytestosterone only ,dosage was 7, 5mg/d, for 3 month, Results In the Group 1 amenorrlea occurred in all cases during the period of treatment, 100% ,15 cases of them into menopause direct.After treatment the volume of myoma dereased significantly 48.2% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In Group Ⅱ amenorrhea oceurredin 6 cases,5 patients of them into menopause, and the other 16 cases the abnormal bleeding was cased, and the volmnce of myomas in group Ⅱ dereased also, 12.5% （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone with methytestosterone administration is effective and safe in treating perimenopausal WOltlen with uterine rayomas.
