摘    要:目的了解真菌性血液感染常见病原真菌的菌群分布及耐药性状况,为临床诊治提供依据。方法用WHONET5统计软件回顾性分析2004-2006年导致真菌性血液感染的病原真菌的菌群分布及药物敏感性状况。结果从血液标本共分离出94株病原真菌,其中白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌的分离率分别为25.5%,22.1%,19.1%,19.1%。4种主要念珠菌对两性霉素B及5-氟胞嘧啶的总的敏感性最高分别为96.8%,100%,对氟康唑的总的敏感率为87.2%,对伊曲康唑的总的敏感率最低仅为51.1%。结论应重视对血液真菌感染患者的检测及合理用药以有效控制病情。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance analysis of pathogenic fungi isolated from blood specimens of blood stream infection. Methods A restrospective study from 2004 to 2006 year was made with WHONET 5 software. Results Totally 94 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated and isolate rates of the Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida glabrata, Candida parapsilosis were 25.5%,22.1%,19.1%,19.1% respectively, susceptibility for Flucytosin, Amphotericin B, was 96.8%,100%,and Fluconzazole was 87.2%, and Itraconazole was more lower (51.1%). Conclusion Fungus be detected and drug sensitivity tests be conducte to provide reference for guiding clinical reasonable choice of drugs.
