| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CPD血液保养液对ELISA法检测HBsAg结果的影响。方法用CPD血液保养液和小牛血清分别将1ng／ml HBsAg阳性物稀释成不同浓度，每个浓度用ELISA方法进行一次平行对照实验（双孔检测取均值），共检测20次，比较两者的检测结果。结果（1）两组不同的HBsAg阳性混合物的S／CO值均随着HBsAg阳性物的浓度降低而降低，但降低趋势不同；（2）在HBsAg阳性物浓度相同的情况下，两组不同的HBsAg阳性混合物的S／CO值的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论（1）ELISA检测系统对CPD血液保养液稀释的HBsAg阳性混合物的变化敏感；（2）CPD血液保养液对ELISA实验有明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of CPD whole blood preservatives on results of HBsAg ELISA test.
