脊椎转移瘤的CT诊断（附24例分析）

目的：通过２４例脊椎转移瘤的ＣＴ表现。探讨脊椎转移瘤ＣＴ诊断与鉴别诊断的有益征象。方法：分析２４例５７个椎骨转移瘤的ＣＴ表现及转移瘤的Ｘ线平片表现，并下１６例脊椎结核和５例脊椎骨髓瘤的ＣＴ表现作对照。结果：ＣＴ扫描在发现和估价方面较Ｘ线平片为敏感，Ｘ线平片发现骨破坏为５４％，ＣＴ扫描为１００％；脊椎转移瘤椎体及椎弓根破坏多见，脊椎结核椎旁软组织肿胀多见且明显。结论：结合临床资料及ＣＴ表现将有助于脊椎转移瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。

CT diagnosis of vertrbral metastasis (report of 24 cases)

Objective To explore the useful CT signs for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vertebral meeastases. Methods: The CT scans of the spine obtained in 24 patients with vertebral metastases, 16 patients with vertebral tuberculosis and 5 with vertebral myeloma were analyzed, Results: CT is far more sensitive in detecting and evaluating these lesions than routine radiography. The detectability was only 54% with plain radiography and 100% with CT. Vertebral body and vertebral pedicle destruction is common in vertebral metastasis, paraspinal soft - tissue mass is most common vertebral tuberculosis. Conclusion: Combining the clinical data and CT findings can help diagnosis and diffetential diagnosis of vertebral metastasis.
