少见部位骨巨细胞瘤的影像诊断

目的 提高对少见部位骨巨细胞瘤的影像学表现的认识。材料和方法 回顾了10例经手术、病理证实的少见部位骨巨细胞瘤的影像资料,重点分析其CT表现。结果 (1)10例骨巨细胞瘤:单发性9例,分别为脊椎4例,颅面骨2例,掌骨、趾骨、下颌骨各1例;多发性1例,发生于髌骨和胫腓骨。(2)主要影像表现为膨胀性改变,溶骨性破坏,软组织肿块,邻近器官受压、推移。结论 CT扫描对少见部分骨巨细胞瘤提供非常有价值的征象,尤其对于发生于脊椎、颅骨者。CT是诊断少见部位骨巨细胞瘤有效方法。

Imaging diagnosis of giant - cell tumor of bone at rare location

Objective To improve the imaging diagnosis level of giant - cell tumor of bone at rare locations. Materials and methods This article reviews data of 10 cases with giant - cell tumor of bone confirmed by surgery and pathology. The CT presentations were analyied. Results (1) Of the 10 cases of giant - cell rumor of bone, 9 were single, of which 4 were in vertebra, 2 in eraniofacial bone, 1 in metacarpale, 1 in phalanx and 1 in mandible. One was multiple, in patella, tibia and fibula, (2) The major imaging signs were expansile, osteolytic bone destruction, soft tissue mass and displaced adjacent organs. Conclusion CT scanning provided valuable signs of giant - cell rumor of bone at rare locations, especially those occured in the vertebra and skull. CT is an effective way of diagnosing giant - cell tumor of bone at rare locations.
