| 摘 要： | 目的:对35具成人头颅颈内动脉虹吸部进行血管走行方向、成角、开口方位的观察和分析,为指导颅内动脉插管提供解剖学依据。材料与方法:甲醛固定正常成人头颅标本35具,依次分离充分暴露颈内动脉虹吸部,仔细观察和测量颈内动脉虹吸部。结果:颈内动脉虹吸部血管走行成角,分为三个角度和一个弯度,双侧差异无显著性。在33例脑血管病微导管的治疗插管中,插管成功率由88.9％提高到100％。结论:颈内动脉虹吸部血管走行角度及开口方向,对指导插管具有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To obtain a better understanding of the anatomy of the siphon of the internal carotid artery, providing a guidance for catheterization. Material and Methods: In 35 normal adult crania, a study of siphon was made. Results: There were 3 angulations and 1 winding in the siphon, which had no significant difference between both sides. With this anatomic guidance the success rate of the microcatheterization was elevated from 88. 9% to 100% . Conclusion: A better understanding of the siphon of the internal carotid artery is a valuable guidance for catheterization. |
