| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肌肉内血管瘤的ＭＲＩ诊断价值。方法：回顾性总结１５例经手术和病理证实的肌肉内血管瘤的ＭＲＩ表现。结果：１５例ＭＲＩ检查见软组织肿块，Ｔ１ＷＩ呈信号或稍高信号Ｔ２ＷＩ呈高信号，其中１０例信号不均匀，５例可见肿瘤内流空血管影；１３例注射Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ后扫描肿瘤呈明显强化。结论：ＭＲＩ可以帮助确诊肌肉内血管瘤，对确定手术范围有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Qingyuan People's Hospital of Guangdong Province,Qingyuan 511500,China This is an evaluation of MRI in the diagnosis of the intramuseularbemangioma. Materials and Methods: The MRI findings in 15 cases of intramuscular bemangioma were retrospectively analyzed. All the cases were proved by surgery and pathology- Results: In MRI, the intramuscular hemangioma represented an intramuscular mass with homogeneous or slightly high intense signal on T1WI and extremly hyper intense signal on T2WI. There were mhonloge-neous intense ignal in 10 cases. In 5 cases the blood vessels of the tumor were revealed by flowing voideffecl. After the administration of Gd - DTDA, the lesions were significantly enhanced in 13 cases. Conclusion: MRI is a valuable examination in diagnosis of the intramuscular hemangioma and helpful in confirming the extent of lesion to be removed in surgery. |
