可曲导光纤维喉镜电视下钳取下咽部尖锐异物65例

摘    要:目的:探讨可曲导光纤维喉镜电视监控下检查钳取下咽部尖锐异物的方法。方法:局部1%的卡因表面麻醉,以可曲导光纤维喉镜经鼻道或口腔入路,电视监控下检查钳取异物65例。结果:间接喉镜下检查、取出较困难的65例下咽部尖锐异物中,会厌谷异物25例(38.5%)、舌根深部异物21例(32.3%)、梨状窝异物19例(29.2%),均经可曲导光纤维喉镜电视监控下顺利取出,且无一例发生明显创伤等并发症。结论:可曲导光纤维喉镜电视下钳取下咽部异物,可克服间接喉镜下检查及钳取下咽异物的缺点和局限,患易于配合、痛苦小,具有检查全面、观察清晰、定位准确、钳取灵活的优点,可显提高手术成功率,减少创伤及并发症。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the method of taking out sharp foreign bodies in lower pharynx(SFBLP) by flexible optic fiber laryngoscope with monitoring TV(FOFLTV).Methods:SFBLP were examined and taken out by FOFLTV via nose or mouth by local surface anaesthesia with 1% dicaine solution.Results:Among sixty five cases,age ranged from 16 to 69 years old.Foreign bodies were found at vallecula,deep part of tonge root and piriform fossa in 25(38 5%),21(32 3%) and 19(29 2%),respectively.The SFBLP can be apparently examined and taken out safely by FOFLTV.Conclusion:To examine and take out the SFBLP by FOFLTV can overcome the shortcomings of taking SFBLP by indirect laryngoscope.This method has the advantages of thorough examining,accurate focusing and safely removing SFBLP with little trauma or complications.And patients feel comfortable and cooperate well with doctors.
