针对性健康教育对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

目的了解健康措施对慢性心力衰竭缓解出院患者的影响。方法用logistic回归分析2003年11月-2004年1月住院就诊并缓解出院的80例CHF患者再入院的危险因素;将上述再入院的56例患者按随机化原则分为对照组和观察组,观察组根据多因素分析确定的危险因素采取针对性健康教育措施;对照组不采取健康教育措施;所有病例均随访1年。结果观察组再入院率为18.52%,对照组为51.7%,两者比较,P<0.05;1年后,观察组心功能各项参数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预在CHF患者的治疗和康复中起着不可忽视的作用。

Effect of pertinent health education on patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To understand the effect of health education measures on discharged patients with remissive chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods The risk factors of hospital readmission for 80 CHF patients, who hospitalized from Nov 2003 to Jan 2004 and discharged due to remission, were analyzed through Logistic Regression Analysis. Among the studied 80 patients, 56 cases that were really readmitted were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. For the observation group, the risk factors confirmed by multifactor analysis were observed and the pertinent health education measures were given. The control group did not give any health education measure. All the patients in the two groups were followed up for one year. Results The readmission rate of the observation group and the control group was 18.52% and 51.7%, respectively (P<0.05). After one year, the indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Health education intervention plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of CHF patients.
