| 摘 要： | Lymphedema of affected arm is a severe complication after surgery of breast cancer.Quality of life and rehabilitation of patients suffered from breast cancer receive more and more attention with increase of incidence and decrease of mortality,longation of survival time.Lymphedema of arm not only affects esthetics but produce pain,dysfunction,deprivation of work ability,and serious psychological issues.In the current paper,we reviewed progress in study on risk factors associated with surgery,evaluation,prevention and management of lymphedema in arm.
