| 摘 要： | 目的研究中医治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变的思路与方法。方法通过对肿瘤病人用奥沙利铂化疗后出现的不良反应周围神经病变的症状、舌象、脉象进行辨证分析,得出辨证结论,分析治疗方法。结果奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变中医以＂血痹＂论治,辨证属＂血虚寒凝＂,治以＂温经通脉,益气养血＂,方药选用当归四逆汤。结论当归四逆汤是治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变的有效方剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the TCM therapy thoughts and methods of peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin. Methods The adverse reactions caused by application of oxaliplatin,including peripheral neuropathy,tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation were analyzed based on different symptoms and signs. Results The peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin was diagnosed as blood arthralgia, and the syndrome differentiation was blood asthenia and cold coagulation.Danggui Sini decoction was used to wenjing tongmai and yiqiyangxue. Conclusion Danggui Sini decoction was effective on treating peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin. |
