针刺结合蜡疗治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛36例

目的对骨质疏松症腰背痛采用针灸结合蜡疗治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法从我院骨质疏松症腰背痛患者中选取72例,并将其分为治疗组和对照组,均为36例,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.44%,与对照组患者的75.00%相比,P〈0.05;对比两组患者治疗前骨密度,无统计学意义,P〉0.05;治疗后,两组患者骨密度均优于治疗前,且治疗组患者治疗后骨密度显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论在治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛上针灸结合蜡疗临床效果较为理想。

Conclusion In the treatment of osteoporosis, low back pain, acupuncture combined with wax therapy clinical disease clinical effect is more ideal.
