HPV16E6、E7蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的研究漯河周边地区非小细胞肺癌(non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)病变组织中HPV16E6、E7蛋白表达情况及与临床病理参数之间的关系,探讨HPV16E6和E7蛋白在NSCLC发病机制中的作用。方法 2010年3月—2011年6月采用免疫组织化学技术分别检测80例NSCLC标本和55例癌周对照组织中HPV16E6和E7蛋白的表达,并进行对比,计数资料采用χ2检验或确切概率法,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 80例NSCLC组织中,HPV16 E6、E7、E6/E7蛋白的表达率分别为31.3%、33.8%和28.8%,55例癌旁组织中,HPV16E6、E7、E6/E7蛋白表达阳性率分别为14.5%、9.2%、7.3%。NSCLC组织中E6、E7和E6/E7蛋白共表达阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),与患者年龄、性别以及肿瘤组织学类型无关,但与肿瘤分化以及淋巴结转移有关。结论 HPV16E6和E7蛋白在NSCLC发生发展中具有重要作用。

Expression of HPV 16 E6/E7 proteins in lung carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of HPV E6/E7 proteins in non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters in the surrounding areas of Luohe city, so as to explore the role of HPV E6/E7 proteins in the pathogenesis of NSCLC. Methods HPV E6/E7 proteins were detected with immunohistochemistry staining method from march 2010 to june 2011 in 80 cases of NSCLC specimens and 55 cases of tumor - adjacent tissue specimens( control group). Chi -square test or Fisher's exact probability method was used for count data, the result of P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results In 80 cases of NSCLC specimens, the positive expression rate of HPV16 E61 E7 and E6/ E7 was 31.3% ,3318% and 28.8% respectively; in the control group, the positive expression rate of HPV16 E6, E7 and E6/E7 were 14.5% ,9.2% ,and7.3% respectively. The positive expression rate of HPV16 E6, E7 and E6/E7 in NSCLC tissue was higher than those in control group ,the differences were stddistically( P 〈 0.05), which showed no correlation with age, gender and histological classification, but had correlation with tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusions HPV16E6/E7proteins may be of importance in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
