摘    要:目的采用HPCL法测定五味子中木脂素类成分的特征图谱。方法色谱柱:C18,流动相:0、40、55、75min分别为乙腈-水45∶55、55∶45、61∶39、70∶30,流速:0.8ml·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:220nm。结果供试品色谱中,应具有13个特征峰,其中1、7、9、12号峰应分别与4个对照品五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素峰保留时间一致。以五味子甲素峰(9号峰)作为参比峰。结论此方法能有效地控制五味子的质量。

Abstract:Objective Determination of HPCL Schisandra lignan ingredients characteristic map. Methods Method: Column: C18,Mobile phase:0、40、55、75min,acetonitrile-water is respectively 45∶ 55、55∶ 45、61∶ 39、70∶ 30,Flow rate: 0. 8ml·min- 1,column temperature:30 ℃,detection wavelength: 220nm。Results Test products for chromatography,we should have 13 peaks,of which peak numbers 1,7,9,12 and 4,respectively,reference should Schizandrin,schisantherin,Deoxyschizandrin,schisandrin peak retention time consistent. In Deoxyschizandrin peak( peak 9) as the reference peak. Conclusion This method can effectively control the quality of Schisandra.
