| 摘 要： | 目的观察运用通腑降气汤治疗腑气郁滞型便秘60例的疗效观察。方法选取2011～2013年116例腑气郁滞型便秘门诊患者,随机分为中药治疗组60例和麻子仁丸对照组56例进行治疗观察,治疗1个月,观察便秘改善情况。结果治疗组60例,痊愈19例,显效23例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。对照组56例,痊愈10例,显效11例,有效19例,无效16例,总有效率71.43%。结论自拟通腑降气汤治疗腑气郁滞型便秘,有较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective Observed using Tongfujiangqi decoction treated bowel gas stagnation constipation 60 cases of efficacy. Methods Select from2011 to 2013 116 cases of bowel gas stagnation constipation outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and pock Ren pill treatment group 56 cases observed 1 month of treatment was observed to improve the situation of constipation. Results Treatment group,60 cases were cured 19 cases,effective in 23 cases,10 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 86. 67%. The control group 56 cases,10 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,16 cases,the total efficiency of 71. 43%. Conclusion Self Tongfujiangqi decoction treating constipation bowel gas stagnation,there is a better therapeutic effect. |
