通脉化浊汤改善高脂血症痰瘀阻滞证候情况的研究

目的观察通脉化浊汤对高脂血症（痰瘀阻滞证）患者中医证候的改善情况。方法病例来源于2010年3月至2012年10月辽宁省中医药研究院心内科病房治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法将213例合格受试者纳入试验组和对照组。试验组给予通脉化浊汤100ml日3次口服;对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片1片日1次口服,疗程8周。观察治疗前后受试者中医证候的改善情况。结果治疗前后中医证候积分变化的组内比较差别有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;用药8周末试验组与对照组中医证候积分相对于基线变化的组间比较差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,试验组中医证候积分下降分值的均数高于对照组,但用药8周末中医证候疗效两组间比较差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论通脉化浊汤可以明显改善高脂血症患者中医症状,临床应用具有与治疗该疾病化药相近的疗效。

Research on Tongmaihuazhuo Decoction Improving the Syndromes of Hyperlipidemia Patients with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To observe Tongmaihuazhuo Decoction to improve the syndromes of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 213 patients from March 2010 to October 2012 from Cardiology ward of Liaoning Province Institute of Medicine were enrolled,then a random number table was used to select eligible subjects to the trial group and control group.Experimental group received 100ml Tongmaihuazhuo Decoction three times a day orally for eight weeks; The control group received atorvastatin calcium once a day for eight weeks. observing syndromes improvement on the syndromes situation before and after the treatment. Results Differences of TCM syndrome within the group are statistically significant before and after treatment（ P 〈0. 01）; medical situation after 8 weeks between treatment group and the control group with respect to symptom score changes from baseline was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）,the trial group＇s decreased symptom score is higher than the mean score,but TCM syndromes difference after 8 weeks between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongmaihuazhuo Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with hyperlipidemia with similar clinical efficacy of atorvastatin.
