152例老年胆道疾患围手术期处理体会

目的：探讨老年胆道疾病围手术期的处理。方法：回顾性分析了152例老年胆道疾病患者的临床资料。结果：152例老年胆道疾病患者中有并存病82例（53.9%)。并存病中以心血管疾病较常见，其次为糖尿病。152例老年胆道疾病患者中术后并发症为21.7%，病死率为2.6%。结论：本组资料术后并发症发生率和病死率均低于文献报道的结果，但仍较非老年的胆道疾病患者术后并发症（9.7%)和病死率（2.3%)高，提示加强对老年胆道疾病围手术期处理问题的探讨尚需继续努力。

THE EXPERIENCES OF PERIOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT IN 152 CASES OF AGED PATIENTS WITH BILIARY TRACT DISEASES

Objective: To explore the perioperative management in aged patients with biliary tract diseases. Method: To retrospectively analyze clinical materials of 152 cases of aged patients with biliary tract diseases. Result: 82 cases (53.9%) of 152 aged patients had compound diseases among which angiocardiopathy was relatively common, and diabetes mellitus was second to it. The rate of postoperative complications was 21.7% and case-fatality rate was 2.6%. Conclusion: Although both the occurrence rate and case-fatality rate of this group were lower than the results of reported documents, they were higher than those of non-aged patients with biliary tract diseases whose post-operative complications and case-fatality rate were 9.7%, 2.3% respectively. It suggests that the exploration of perioperative management in aged patients with biliary diseases needs to be strengthened continually.
