| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨性别对乙肝病毒感染血清标志物模式人群分布率的影响,为乙肝的预防、治疗及疫苗接种提供理论依据。方法:ELISA。结果:1678例乙肝两对半检测中检出14种模式,其中,小三阳及2、4、5模式中性别分布差异有显著性,P<0.05,其余模式均无性别分布差异,P>0.05;另外,模式中HBsAg阳性者性别分布差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:乙肝标志物模式分布有影响,但并非每种模式的影响均一致。
