摘    要:目的评价一种通过快速检测荧光的生物监测法监测高压蒸汽灭菌效果的应用价值,以解决传统生物监测法报告时间太长问题。方法分别将快速及传统生物监测指示芽胞在121.3℃高压蒸汽灭菌5min和20min进行热损伤和杀灭试验,比较两种指示菌培养结果,并分析其统计学差异。结果快速监测法3h检测荧光的结果与其培养7d结果完全相符;在芽胞杀灭试验中,两种监测方法的结果也高度一致,差异无显著性(X^2=0,P〉0.05)。结论快速生物监测法3h快速检测结果可靠,极大地缩短了报告时间,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate a rapid biological monitoring method through detection of fluorescence for monitoring the effect of high - pressure steam sterilization, and to address the length problem of the traditional method. Methods The indicators were heated and killed in 121.3 ℃ high - pressure steam sterilization for 5 minutes and 20 minutes. The culture results were compared and the statistical differences were analyzed. Results The result of 3 hours detection of fluorescence was the same as the result of 7 - day culture. The monitoring results of the two methods were highly consistent, and the difference was not significant (X2 = 0, P〉0.05). Conclusions The result of 3 hour rapid biologica monitoring method is reliable. it significantly shortens the reporting time, and has practical value.
