摘    要:目的:探讨远志对双侧海马注射apoE4致大鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法:24只大鼠随机分为对照组,apoE4组和远志组。采用腹腔注射D-半乳糖并联合使用apoE4双侧注射海马复制阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型。各组动物以定位航行试验、空间探索试验为学习记忆能力评价指标。结果:ApoE4组和远志组较对照组逃避潜伏期明显延长,跨台次数明显减少(P〈0.01);远志组与apoE4组比较,大鼠逃避潜伏期明显缩短、跨台次数明显增多(P〈0.01)。结论:远志能改善腹腔注射D-半乳糖并联合使用apoE4双侧注射海马AD模型大鼠的学习记忆功能。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Yuanzhi on learning and memory ability of Model rats by injection of apolipoprotein E4 into hippocampus of D-gal induced aging ratsal,lethods:24 male SD rats were randomized into control group,apoE4 group,Yuanzhi treatment group.Each animal was injected intraperitoneally with D-gal 50mg/(kg·d )for 6 weeks.At the 7th week, for the apoE4 group and Yuanzhi treatment group, 2 p.L liquor of apoE4 was injected into the hippocampus CA1 regions bilaterally under the control of a stereotaxic apparatus.For the control group,same quantity of normal saline was injected into same regions.Two weeks later,the escape latency and the times of passing platform,representing learning and memory ability were measured by Morris water maze test.Rusults:Compared with control group, the escape latency of rats was significantly prolonged (P〈0.01)and the times of passing platform was obviously decreased(P〈0.01 ) in apoE4 group and Yuanzhi treatment group on the fifth day . Compared with apoE4 group, the escape latency of rats was significantly shortened (P〈0.01),the times of passing platform of rats was obviously increased (P〈0.01)in Yuanzhi treatment group on the fifth day.Conclusion:Yuanzhi could improve the ability of learning and memory of AD model rats.
