康妇特栓治疗阴道炎及宫颈炎的系统评价

目的：评价康妇特栓治疗阴道炎及宫颈炎的疗效和安全性。方法：计算机检索中国数字医院图书馆（www.chkd.cnki.net）全文数据库1994年1月～2009年12月、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库（CBMdisk）1995年1月～2009年12月。由两名评价者独立对纳入文献进行质量评价,并提取资料,如有分歧,通过讨论解决。采用Rev-Man4.2.5进行Meta分析。结果：22篇临床试验、共4483例患者符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示：康妇特栓与对照组比较,有效率的差异有统计学意义[OR3.18,95%CI（2.67,3.79）,P〈0.00001及OR3.68,95%CI（2.67,5.06）,P〈0.00001]。结论：从现有的临床证据来看,康妇特栓治疗阴道炎及宫颈炎有效,安全性较高,但还非常需要高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证和支持。

A Systematic Review of kangfute Suppository for Treatment of Vaginitis and Cervicitis

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfute Suppository for Treatment of vaginitis and cervicitis. Methods：We electronically searched www.chkd.cnki.net（1994.1～2009.12）and CBMdisk（1995.1～2009.12）. The quality of literature was reviewed,and data were extracted by two reviewers independently. Meta analysis was conducted used RevMan 4.2.5 software.Results：Twenty-two controlled trial involving 4483 patients were included. Meta analysis indicated that have high statistical significance was detected between Kangfute Suppository and control on effectiveness with OR 3.18,95%CI 2.67 to 3.79,P〈0.00001 and OR 3.68,95%CI 2.67 to 5.06,P〈0.00001 at the end of treatment.Conclusion：Actual clinical evidence indicated that efficacy and safety of Kangfute Suppository for Treatment of vaginitis and cervicitis. More randomized controlled trial of high quality are needed for stronger evidence.
