摘    要:目的:探讨血红蛋白在大鼠体内是否具有抗菌抑炎作用。方法:构建大鼠阴道感染模型后随机设立实验组和对照组,阴道给予血红蛋白后观察子宫宫颈阴道脏器指数,并采用组织病理切片检测血红蛋白治疗前后各组指标变化。结果:子宫宫颈阴道脏器指数经统计学分析示血红蛋白组、模型对照组间无差异(P0.05),基质对照组与前两组比均有显著性差异(P0.05),基质对照组的脏器指数增加明显。结论:血红蛋白能减轻大鼠大肠埃希菌阴道感染炎症病变程度。
