| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰腺外伤手术治疗后的护理对策。提高胰腺外伤的治愈率。方法对64例胰腺外伤手术治疗的病人进行了系统的观察和护理。对采取的护理措施进行总结。结果本组病例治愈60例，治愈率93.7％，2例死于多脏器功能衰（MOF）。1例死于腹腔感染、合并大出血，1例死于合并心胸外伤。结论对胰腺外伤手术治疗采用的护理措施是行之有效的.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the postoperative nursing strategy of patients with pancreatic trauma and improve the nursing ability.Methods A total of 64 cases with pancreatic trauma after operative treatment were given intensive abservation on patients' condition and postoperative care were retrospectively analysed.Results 60 of 64 cases were cured and the cure rate was 93.7%.2 cases died of MODS,1 case died of abdominal infection complicated with hemorrhage and 1 case died of complication of heart trauma.Conclusion Appropriate nursing measures are the key to improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of complications and mortality. |
