| 摘 要： | 目的:为药品经营企业人力资源增值和组织效益提高提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,了解昆明市药品经营企业开展培训的基本情况。结果:昆明市部分药品经营企业培训目标性不强,无据可依,方案制定缺乏科学的方法和长远的发展规划,从业人员满意度低,应急性、应付性培训使企业培训处于无序状态。结论:应完善监管体制,加大企业外部培训力度,建立行之有效的培训体系。
