| 摘 要： | 目的:了解社区老年慢性病患者对药品说明书的理解度及其影响因素,提出相关解决措施。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对山东省某市325名社区老年慢性病患者进行药品说明书理解度调查,并对影响药品说明书理解度的因素进行分析。结果:有效问卷为315份,分析表明患者对药品说明书理解度平均得分偏低(2.14±1.08),其中年龄、职业、文化程度、医疗保险形式4种因素对理解度得分有显著影响(P<0.01)。结论:老年慢性病患者对药品说明书的理解有限,应加强对其用药指导;并建议药品说明书内容设计通俗易懂,以便于患者阅读。
