| 摘 要： | 未足月胎膜早破（preterm premature rupture of the membranes，PPROM）又称足月前胎膜早破或早产胎膜早破，它是指胎膜早破发生在妊娠20周以后，不足37孕周者，据丰有吉（2002年）报道，发生率为2．0％～3．5％，临床观察越近足月发病率越高，发生在34孕周前者约占19％，34孕周后者占81％。未足月胎膜早破是产科严重并发症之一。其确切病因尚不十分清楚，缺少根本性有效预防方法。
