呼吸道合胞病毒血清特异性抗体消长规律的实验研究

摘    要:本文对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)免疫家兔后血清特异性抗体进行了动态观察。初次免疫后第四天90%家兔血清即可检出一定水平特异性Ig~M,第7—11天达峰值,于第63天完全消失。初次免疫第7天50%家免血清中出现低滴度特异性Ig~A,第35天达峰值,第147天仍有90%家兔血清存在特异性Ig~A。特异性Ig~G于初次免疫后第7天出现于80%的试验家兔血清中,第28—35天达峰值,至第147天仍全部阳性。再次免疫加强三种血清特异性抗体的反应。

Abstract:The kinetics of the serum specific antibody response to primary and secondary exposure to respiraiory syncytial virus(RSV) has been studied with rabbits. The specific Ig~M began to be detecable at fourth day after first immunization, its value reached plateaus at seventh to eleventh day, then droped sharply and vanished at the sixty-third day; The specific Ig~G and Ig~A were measurable in blood at the seventh day, reached its peak value at thirty-fifth day and remained at certain level even at the 147th day after the primary immunization. The secondary immunization accelarated the specific response of all Ig~M Ig~G and Ig~A.
