| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对中风后抑郁症进行中医辨证施护的有效方法,为临床护理提供指导。方法:将70例中风后抑郁症病人随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组根据不同证候辨证施护,连续6~8周后比较两组抑郁症治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用中医辨证施护,可减轻病人抑郁感,使其早日回归社会。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effective methods of syndrome differentiation and nursing of TCM on depression after apoplexy for providing guide of clinical care.Methods: 70 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group had 35 cases.The control group was given normal care.The observation group was given syndrome differentiation and nursing.After six to eight weeks the curative effect of two groups were compared.Results: The curative effect of the observation group was distinctly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The syndrome differentiation and nursing could lessen patients' depression feeling and make patients go back to society as early as possible. |
