| 摘 要： | 目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合5-氟脲嘧啶外用治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将127例复发性尖锐湿疣的患者分为实验组67例和对照组60例。实验组口服伐昔洛韦并联合5-氟脲嘧啶外用治疗，对照组肌注干扰素治疗。观察两周内复发性尖锐湿疣组织的脱落情况。结果实验组尖锐湿疣组织脱落情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论伐昔洛韦联合5-氟脲嘧啶外用对复发性尖锐湿疣有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of valaciclovir combined with 5-fluorouracilum（5-Fu） in the treatment of condyloma acuminaturn. Methods We divided 127 cases of recurrent condyloma acuminatum into two groups：experimental group（ 67 cases ） and control group （60 cases）. The experimental group was given oral valaciclovir plus 5- Fu ointment for external use. The control group received intramuscular interferon treatment. The recurrent condyloma shedding within two weeks was observed. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the recurrent condyloma shedding. Conclusion Valaciclovir plus 5-Fu ointment has a good therapy effect on recurrent condyloma acuminatum. |
