丹参多酚酸盐治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察静脉滴注丹参多酚酸盐治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛高龄患者共64例，随机分为两组，对照组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，静脉滴注丹参多酚酸盐400mg，每日1次，共14d。观察两组患者症状改善情况、硝酸酯类用量变化、心电图ST-T改变及治疗前后血小板聚集率、高敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体变化。结果治疗组心绞痛症状改善25例（78％），心电图改善22例（69％），对照组分别为16例（50％）、13例（41％），两组比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组血小板聚集功能、高敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体明显降低。结论丹参多酚酸盐能明显能改善心绞痛症状及心电图ST—T改变，对血小板聚集功能等有抑制作用。

Clinical effect of depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza on unstable angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical effect of Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza on unstable angina pectoris high aged patients and platelet function.Methods 64 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,one was treated by routine medication,the other was treated by Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza 400 mg intravenously per day.Before and after the 14 day treatment,the clinical symptom and blood platelet packing fraction,D-dimer and hs-CRP were measured,and electrocardiography was performed.Results After treatment with Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza,the symptom of angina pectoris was alleviated and ECG was improved.Serum PAG,D-dimer and hs-CRP were decreased after treatment with Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza.Conclusion Depside Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection can remarkably inhibit the aggregation of platelet,and is effective for unstable angina pectoris.
