| 摘 要： | 目的：调查手术室护士医疗意外锐器伤的原因、种类、发生率与护龄的关系。方法：采用自制问卷调查4所医院56名手术室护士。结果：医疗锐器伤发生率为100%;针刺伤居首位;常见原因：疲劳、工作疏忽、技术操作不熟练、违反操作规程;发生率与护龄有关。结论：手术室护士的职业暴露性高,血源性疾病传播危险性大,职业安全防护迫在眉睫,职业教育应尽快提上日程。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the operating room nurses, medical accidents caused bysharp injuries, types, incidence and length of service relationship. Methods: A self-made questionnaire four hospitals 56 operating room nurses. Results: The incidence of medical sharp injuries was 100%; needle injuries rank the top; common reasons: fatigue, work oversight, technical operations unskilled in violation of operating procedures; age related incidence and care.
