| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝豆状核变性（Hepatolentieular Degeneration，HLD）骨关节损害的临床表现。方法测定26例HLD患者的骨密度（bonemineral density，BMD）并与健康对照组比较，结合文献分析临床表现及X变化。结果HLD患者BMD较健康对照组显著降低，差异显著。结论BMD测定是HLD患者骨关节损害较为敏感、方便、精确、有价值的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinic manifastation of osteoarticular damage on hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD,Wilson's(disease).)Methods The detection of bone mineral density(BMD) in 26 cases patients with HLD and results control by health adult.The clinic characteristics.X-ray change were analysed by combining literatures.Results The values of BMD were significantly decrase in patient with HLD.Conclusion The detection of BMD is a more sensitive,convenient,precise and valuable method on discovery osteoarticular demage of HLD. |
