脂质过氧化与突发性耳聋关系的研究

摘    要:测定了52例突发性耳聋(突聋)患者血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量,结果显示治疗前血中SOD含量明显下降,MDA含量明显升高,二者与正常对照组比较,P值皆<0.05;治疗后血中SOD含量恢复到接近正常水平,而MDA含量则明显下降,与正常值比较,P<0.05,且听力亦明显改善。提示自由基引起的脂质过氧化与突聋发病有关。

Abstract:The contents of SOD and MDA were measured in the blood from fifty two patients with sudden deafness. Before treatment the results showed that the contents of SOD declined (P<0.01) and the contents of MDA rose significantly (P<0.01) as compared with the normal group.After treatment,the contents of SOD rose significantly to near the normal level again,and the contents of MDA declined significantly (P<0.05) as compared with the normal group. At the same time,the hearing of the patients had also improved obviously. The data suggested that the LPO induced by free radical might be related to the attack of sudden deafness.
