电针对痔疮术后中重度疼痛的止痛时程的观察

目的观察电针对痔疮术后中重度疼痛的止痛时程。方法将160例痔疮术后中、重度疼痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组口服盐酸曲马多,于治疗前及治疗后30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h观察疼痛情况。结果无论是中度疼痛还是重度疼痛,电针对于痔疮术后疼痛具有很好的疗效,其治疗效果优于盐酸曲马多,无论从起效时间上来讲,还是从疗效持续时间上来看,其作用都优于盐酸曲马多,二者经统计学处理具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论电针治疗痔疮术后疼痛的效果明显优于盐酸曲马多治疗。

Observations on the Time Course of Electroacupuncture Relief of Post-hemorrhoidectomy Moderate or Severe Pain

Objective To observe the time course ofelectroacupuncture relief of post-hemorrhoidectomy moderate or severe pain Method One hundred and sixty patients with post-hemorrhoidectomy moderate or severe pain were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group received electroacupuncture and the control group took tramadol hydrochloride orally. The pain was assessed before treatment and at 30 rain, 1, 2, 4 and 6 hrs after. Result Whether the post-hemorrhoidectomy pain was moderate or severe, acupuncture produced a very good therapeutic effect on it. Its therapeutic effect was better than that of tramadol hydrochloride. Whether in the time to produce the therapeutic effect or in the continuous time of the therapeutic effect, acupuncture was superior to tramadol hydrochloride. There were statistically significant differences in the two （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture is significantly more effective than tramadol hydrochloride in treating post-hemorrhoidectomy pains.
