| 摘 要： | 目的观察艾灸对高脂血症患者血脂、血糖代谢的影响。方法以高脂血症患者为研究对象,温和灸神阙、双侧足三里穴。观察患者治疗前和治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)变化,疗程为12星期。结果治疗后FBG、TC、LDL-C下降(P<0.01);TG下降(P<0.05);HDL-C治疗前后无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论艾灸治疗高脂血症患者,不仅能改善血脂代谢,同时还改善调节糖代谢。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on blood fat and sugar in hyperlipemia patients. Method Hyperlipemia patients were enrolled as subjects. Gentle moxibustion was performed on points Shenque （CV8） and bilateral Zusanli （ST36）. Fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C） were measured in the patients before and after treatment. The course of treatment consisted of 12 weeks. Result After treatment, FBC~ TC and LDL-C decreased （P〈0.01） and TG decreased （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in HDL-C （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion can improve not only blood lipid metabolism but also lucose metabolism in the treatment of hvoerlioemia oatients. |
