针刺配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药离子导入治疗,对照组采用中药离子导入治疗,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,并随访1年。观察两组治疗前后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数、改善率及1年后随访复发情况。结果治疗组治疗后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数、改善率以及1年后随访复发情况与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药离子导入是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Therapeutic Study on Acupuncture plus Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method A hundred patients with LIDH were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis, and the control group only received Chinese medicine iontophoresis for treatment, 10 sessions as a treatment course, and 2 courses in total. A one-year follow-up study was conducted. The general therapeutic effect, improvement of major symptoms, improvement index, improvement rate and relapse during the one-year follow-up study were observed in the two groups. Result The differences in the general therapeutic effect, improvement of major symptoms, improvement index, improvement rate and relapse during the one-year follow-up study between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis is an effective method in treating LIDH.
