针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中患者伴发吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法将78例脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例,治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,分别在治疗前后对两组进行吞咽困难量表评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为63.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后吞咽困难评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合康复训练是一种治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的有效方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Rehabilitation Training in Treating Post-stroke Dysphagia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating post-stroke dysphagia. Methods Seventy-eight patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 38 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation training and the control group, rehabilitation training alone. Dysphagia was scored using a dysphagia scale in the two groups before and after treatment and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 63.2% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was also a statistically significant difference in the dysphagia score between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective way to treat post-stroke dysphagia.
