电针五泉穴治疗脑卒中弛缓性瘫痪疗效观察

目的观察电针五泉穴治疗弛缓性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将40例脑卒中弛缓性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组采用针刺五泉穴（极泉、天泉、曲泉、阴陵泉、涌泉）治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，分别对两组治疗前后进行日常生活活动能力ADL评定并统计疗效。结果治疗组治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后Barthel指数评分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组为90．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针五泉穴是一种治疗脑卒中弛缓性瘫痪的有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture at Five Quan Points on Post-stroke Flaccid Paralysis

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect ofelectroaeupuneture at five Quan points on flaccid paralysis. Methods Forty patients with post-stroke flaccid paralysis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 20 eases each. The treatment group received acupuncture at five Quan points and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Pre-treatment and post-treatment activities of daily living （ADL） and the clinical therapeutic effects were assessed in the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the Barthel Index score between the treatment and control groups after one and two courses of treatment （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group and 90.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroaeupuncture at five Quan points is an effective way to treat post-stroke flaccid paralysis.
