于氏头穴丛刺治疗中风后抑郁临床观察

目的比较于氏头针与氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁的治疗效果,寻找治疗中风后抑郁最有效的方法。方法收集中风后抑郁患者60例,入院后将患者随机分为两组,一组给予于氏头针治疗(治疗组,n=30),另一组给予氟西汀治疗(对照组,n=30)。并在治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项、改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚神经功能缺损评分量表(MESSS)、Barthel指数(简称BI)评分。结果两组患者治疗后各量表计分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,治疗组抑郁程度、神经功能及日常生活能力改善明显(P<0.05)。抗抑郁的总有效率比较,治疗组为93.3%,对照组为76.7%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于氏头针能改善抑郁状态,促进神经功能恢复,提高生活质量,是安全、有效的疗法。

Clinical Study on YU's Cluster Needling at Scalp Acupoints for Post-stroke Depression

Objective To compare the clinical effects between YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints and Fluoxetine in treating post-stroke depression （PSD）, for finding the best approach in treating PSD. Method Sixty patients with PSD were recruited and randomized into two groups. One group was intervened by YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints （treatment group, n=30）, and the other group was prescribed with Fluoxetine （control group, n=30）. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） （17 components）, modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia Stroke Scale （MESSS）, and Barthel Index （BI） were adopted for evaluation. Result Both groups had significant improvements in scoring the scales after treatment （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment, the treatment group had more significant improvements in depression degree, nerve function, and activity of daily living （P〈O.05）. In comparing the total effective rate of anti-depression, it was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 76.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints works to improve depressive state, promote the recovery of nerve fimction, and improve the quality of life, and it is safe and effective.
