摘    要:通过文献回顾,分析传统经穴电特性研究的理论和探测方法的特点及其存在的问题,以及目前在这个研究领域中出现的一些不同的、新的研究成果,提出"经穴内电特性"的概念、检测方法和手段,经过初步研究发现了一些传统经穴探测方法不能反映的问题,如经穴电特性不是一个固定值,而是一个变量。最后提出基于"双极针灸针"的动态、实时检测经穴内电特性的思路,可能有利于比较全面地揭示经穴的电学特异性。

Abstract:By reviewing document, analyzing the feature and existing questions on theory and detecting method of electrical characteristic of classical acupoints, as well as the new and different research results in this field, we put forward a new concept, "internal electrical characteristic of acupoint", and its detecting method. By preliminary research, we have found some new phenomena that traditional acupoint detecting method can not reflect, e.g. the electrical characteristic should be a variable. We finally propose that the internal electrical characteristic of acupoint should be detected on basis of"bipolar acupuncture needle" in dynamic and real-time manner. It might be beneficial to the overall reveal of electrical characteristic of acupoint.
