穴位埋线配合雷火灸治疗放化疗后白细胞减少症疗效观察

目的观察穴位埋线配合雷火灸治疗对肿瘤患者放化疗后出现白细胞减少症的升白作用。方法采用羊肠线对放化疗后出现白细胞减少症的肿瘤患者气海、关元、足三里(双)、肾俞(双)、脾俞(双)、膈俞(双)穴行穴位埋线治疗,并配合雷火灸对颈7椎至胸12椎施行灸疗。结果治疗组(穴位埋线合雷火灸组)与对照组重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(RHG-CSF)注射液治疗组]对比,经统计学处理两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论穴位埋线配合雷火灸治疗对放化疗肿瘤患者有明显升白细胞作用,且作用稳定持久。

Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Thread Embedding plus Thunder-fire Moxibustion for Leukopenia Due to Chemo-radiotherapy

Objective To observe the leukogenic effect of acupoint thread embedding plus thunder-fire moxibustion for leukopenia in tumor patients afLer chemo-radiotherapy. Method Thread embedding was applied to Qihai （CV6）, Guanyuan （CV4）, bilateral Zusanli （ST36）, Shenshu （BL23）, Pishu （BL20）, and Geshu （BL17） in tumor patients with leukopenia due to chemo-radiotherapy. Thunder-fire moxibustion was performed from C 7 to T ]2 in assistance of treatment. Result In comparing the treatment effect between the treatment group （receiving acupoint thread embedding plus thunder-fire moxibustion） and the control group （receiving injection of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor）, statistical analysis showed significant difference （P〈0.05）, indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was markedly superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus thunder-fire moxibustion has significant, stable and lasting leukogenic effect for tumor patients after chemo-radiotherapy.
