| 摘 要： | 医学人道主义是医学实践的永恒主题。医院的管理绩效体现在经济和社会效益上，而经济效益是通过医学人道主义的实现而转化的。合理的政策和制度设计，规范的内部管理，道德的系统构建是医学人道主义得以保证的重要条件。

| Abstract: | In the medical activity, the medical humanism is an eternal theme. Hospital management can realize its lofty value only through the medical - humanism. Therefore, we should put emphasis on strengthening the construction of moral system and reasonable regulations of the hospital management are needed. |
