药物与激光对视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效比较

目的　比较扩血管、抗凝类药物与激光光凝 2种疗法对视网膜静脉阻塞的效果。方法　选择 36例接受复蛇抗栓酶等药物治疗 ;4 1例接受激光光凝治疗。分别检测 2组设置相应指标体系 ,加以比较。结果　药物治疗组HCT、FIB等指标均低于治疗前。VOP好转率 2 6 5% ,AP 0 % ;激光组A -RCT|RVFT治疗前后无显著差异 ,新生血管范围 ,毛细血管无灌注区范围均较治疗前缩小。结论　扩张血管、抗凝、溶栓类药物对视网膜中心静脉分枝阻塞疗效不可靠 ,但对疾病高危人群的预防有一定意义 ;激光光凝对视网膜新生血管、毛细血管无灌注区均有确切疗效 ,是治疗预防该病的有效手段

Curative Effect of Drug for Retinal Vein Obstruction Compare with Laser

Objective To observe the curative effects of retinal vein obstruction (RVO) in different treatment of drug and laser photo-coagulation. Methods 36 patients were received ahylysantinfarctase drug treatment and 41 cases were underwent laser photo-coagulation. The clinical data were compared after standardization. Results The data of HCT and FIB were lower after treatment than that before in drug group.The improvement rate of VOP was 26.5% and AP 0. The A-RCT and RVFT were no significant difference before and after treatment in laser group. The ranges of new vessel and capillary non-perfusion were reduced after treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of drugs such as vaso-dilator, anticoagulant and thrombolysis was not reliable for retinal central vein obstruction but these were meaningful for prevention of high risk individual. The laser photocoagulation was exactly curative effect for retinal new vessel and capillary non-perfusion area and could be effective for treatment and prevention of RVO.
