无痛人流术中异丙酚伍用氟比洛芬酯的疗效和安全性

目的探讨异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯静脉麻醉在无痛人工流产术中的疗效和安全性。方法自愿要求施行人工流产术的健康未产妇60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组单纯用异丙酚术前静注,实验组于异丙酚静注后使用氟比洛芬酯1mg/kg静注,两组病人异丙酚静注剂量均为2mg/kg,两组待麻醉满意后开始手术。同时观察围术期血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏氧饱和度、镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度和人流综合征的发生率。结果实验组和对照组术中血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度的无显著性差异。两组的镇痛总有效率、宫颈松弛程度的总有效率分别为90.0%、30.0%以及93.4%、46.7%,p<0.05;应用异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯,人流综合征的发生率为6.6%,明显低于对照组的30.0%(p<0.05),以上差异均有统计学意义。结论异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯静脉麻醉应用于无痛人工流产术,镇痛效果确切,不良反应少,安全有效。

THE EFFECTS OF INTRAVENOUS PROPOFOL COMBINED WITH FLURBlPROFEN AXETIL ON PAINLESS ARTlFICIAL ABORTION

Objective To study the effects of intravenous Propofol combined with Flurbiprofen axetil on painless artificial abortion.Methods 60 Patients scheduled for artificial abortion with pregnancy were randomly allocated into two groups:Propofol group(group P,n=30),Propofol combined with Flurbiprofen axetil group(group P F,n=30).The analgesic effect,cervical relaxation and artificial abortion syndrome were recorded at the performance.Results The scores of the analgesic effect,cervical relaxation in group P F were 90.0% and 93.3%,which were much higher than those of 30.0% and 46.7% in group P,respectively,p<0.05.During the painless artificial abortion,compared with group P,the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome in group P F was 6.6%,which was significantly lower than that in group P,p<0.05.Conclusion Intravenous Propofol combined with Flurbiprofen axetil was a safe and effective method on artificial abortion,it could obviously reduce the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome.
