| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在腹壁切口处子宫内膜异位中的诊断价值.方法 对10例剖宫产后经病理证实的子宫内膜异位症患者进行回顾性分析.结果 10例患者中3例合并子宫瘢痕处内膜异位,二维均表现为低回声团、边界较模糊,内见少许液性暗区;周边及内部探及少许点棒状血流信号,频谱显示为低速高阻动脉血流.结论 彩色多普勒超声在腹壁切口处内膜异位的诊断中具有一定的价值,当合并瘢痕处内膜异位时,具有较高的鉴别诊断价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS) in the abdominal wall endometriosis(AWEMS). Methods Color Doppler ultrasonographic appearances of en- dometriosis in abdominal wall scar confirmed by pathology in 10 patients were retrospectivitely analyzed. Results 3 cases were found cicatrix endometriosis in the 10 AWEMS cases.The sonographic features were irregular in shape and margins, and had a hypoechoic inhomogeneous echo texture. One or more small anechoic lacunae can be seen on sonography. CDUS also showed the color signal pattern of all patients was dotlike and linear with the low-velocity and high-resistance arterial flow. Conclu- sions CDUS has some clinical value in AWEMS diagnosis, and has more differential diagnosis when complicating cicatrix endometriosis. |
