抑乳胶囊治疗高泌乳素血症的临床研究

将160例高泌乳素血症患者按1∶1的比例随机分为治疗组(抑乳胶囊组)和对照组(溴隐亭组),每组男、女各40例。结果:两组近期疗效基本相同,差异无显著性(P>0.05);但停药1年后复发率与不良反应率,治疗组却明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。血清泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)测定表明,抑乳胶囊能降低血中PRL水平,解除对性腺轴的抑制,促进促性腺激素FSH和LH的释放,并提高血中性激素T、E_2的含量,通过调节性腺轴功能紊乱而达到治疗目的。

Clinical Study on Yiru Capsule for the Treatment of Hyperprolactinemia

160 cases of hyperprolactinemia were equality and randomly divided into treatment and control group (bromide cpd.), with equal cases in both sexes in each group. Results showed that the short - term effect was similar in both groups, without significant difference (P > 0. 05). However, the incidence of relapse and untoward reactions 1 year later was obviously lower in the treatment group, with significant difference (P < 0. 01). Examination of serum PRL, T, E2, FSH, LH demonstrated that, this capsule was capable of lowering blood PRL, relieving the inhibition on gonadal axis, improving the liberation of FSH and LH, increasing the blood contents of T, E2, curing the disease through the adjustment of functional disturbance of gonadal axis.
