家庭护理干预对老年脑卒中出院后长期卧床病人预防压疮的作用

目的探讨家庭护理干预对预防老年脑卒中后遗长期卧床病人发生压疮的影响。方法将出院后的老年脑卒中长期卧床病人48例随机分为实验组24例和对照组24例。对照组按常规进行出院指导,实验组在此基础上由护士以定期家访和电话访问的形式进行家庭护理干预,包括为病人及家属提供心理咨询、健康教育、护理指导、康复护理等。结果干预后实验组的压疮发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.001)差异有统计学意义。结论由业务能力强、专科知识丰富并具有较强沟通能力护师以上的责任护士进行家庭护理干预,对预防老年脑卒中出院后长期卧床病人发生压疮有明显效果。

The effects of home nursing care on prevention of The elderly stroke patients discharged from hospital after being bedridden with pressure sore

Objective To explore the effects of home nursing care on prevention of old bed-ridden patients after stroke with pressure sores.Methods 48 old bed-ridden patients after stroke were divided randomly into the experiment group and the control group with 24 cases in each group. The control group was discharged by a conventional guide. The experimental group received home care by nurse. The intervention included home visit and telephone interviews, in which the nurse provided instructions on health education and psychological counseling for the patients and their family members.Result After home nursing interventions, the incidence of pressure sores of experimental group is lower obviously than the control group (P <0.001).There was significant difference.Conclusions Home nursing intervention delivered by the operational capability is strong, rich and specialist knowledge with strong communication skills primary nurse or above, has obvious effects on prevention of old bed-ridden patients after stroke with pressure sores.
