| 摘 要： | 目的了解坦度螺酮对精神分裂症伴随焦虑状态疗效。方法对53例精神分裂症后伴随焦虑症状患者采用单盲对照研究,使用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、药物副反应量表（TESS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）比较坦度螺酮与丁螺环酮对精神分裂症后焦虑症状疗效。结果坦度螺酮治疗组、丁螺环酮治疗组HAMA评分治疗后均比治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01）,但坦度螺酮耐受性强于丁螺环酮,TESS评分二者差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）。结论坦度螺酮较丁螺环酮疗效好,但不良反应少,安全性占优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the efficacy of Buspirone in treating anxiety among schizophrenia patients. Methods Single - blindcontrast study was carried out on 53 schizophrenia patients with anxiety. Results The tolerance in patients of Tandospirone group was better than that of the buspirone group. Conclusion Tandospirone has better efficacy with buspirone but less side effects and stronger safety. |
